2. Email / Whatsapp Order: Provide item number , order quantity, buyer name, telephone, email and delivery details (Recipient name, address and telephone number) via Email (Services@masterbHK.com) / Whatsapp (+852 9071 9183)

We will follow up and confirm all the order details (e.g. Order Number, Item Details, Payment Method...etc.) with you in 2 business days after all order information is received. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

Our Online Shop requires you to provide necessary information in the Online Order Form before your order can be processed. 5. Verify all information and make sure correct, and press "Place Order"
6. Settle payment

2. Credit Card via PayPal / Direct by PayPal

You DO NOT NEED to have a PayPal account, the payment can still be settled via PayPal with credit card. Once confirmed order, we will send Order Notification and PayPal Invoice to your email. Please settle the payment by following the payment instruction in the invoice.

3. Banking App - PayMe

Please scan the PayMe QR code for settling the payment. Once payment is completed, send us the payment receipt (e.g. Screen capture of the PayMe app), Order Number, Customer Name and Telephone Number by Whatsapp OR email. Once we receive the information, we will confirm and process your order immediately.

1. Order of Diaper Cake

• The number of diaper is subject to the diaper brand and size selected. It may vary a bit in the final product without prior notice.

• Due to seasonal reason, the baby item(s) will be updated time to time and its color/pattern may be different in the final product. Our designers will do the best matching for the diaper cake and keep the lovely and sweet looking in the closest color tone. 

• If any material in the diaper cakes is out of stock, such as baby items in the diaper cake, decorative or packing items (e.g. ribbons, gift boxes, baskets...etc), we will replace the item(s) with the closest color and materials with equal or higher value product(s).​

2. Order of Towel Cake / Gift with Personalization of Embroidery

• Word Count: There is a limitation of personalized embroidery for each gift item due to different size and material. The final number/ font type / size of letter to be embroidered are varied with design and decided by our designer team without prior notice.

• If any material in the gift is out of stock, such as towels, decorative or packing items (e.g. ribbons, gift boxes, baskets...etc), we will replace the item(s) with the closest color and materials with equal or higher value product(s).

• Towel Cake / Gift with Personation of Embroidery is special design and handmade gift . Our design team will reserve the right to make the final decision for the gift design. All photos are for reference only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

• Customers can choose Free Self-Pickup or Pay Delivery Service. If you would like to make the below changes, please notify us via email services@masterbHK.com and 5 working days in advance for our arrangement. Otherwise, an administration fee of HKD 200. may be charged.

• ​For delivery charge or other information, please refer to the "Delivery". 

• For pay delivery, the delivery time will be 9am to 8pm. The delivery time will be accommodated with the best possible, yet it will subject to traffic situations. NO specified delivery time, and NO delivery services on Sunday or Public Holiday.​

• ​There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, an additional delivery charges may be required. 

• In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. We will contact the affected customer within 48 hours via Whatsapp/phone for rescheduling of delivery and such delivery will be made within 7 days thereafter.

• ​A surcharge is applied when the delivery destination is in remote area. We will inform customer if the destination requires a distant area surcharge. 

• Master B. Gift Shop reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
